How can anyone not love CEH?!?!
Agree with this. I don't think I've ever been so wrong about a player's impact as I was with him.
He seems to be a GREAT person on top of the success, and I hope he has a very long and productive career!

just went thought twitter for about 30 minutes looking at all of the CEH tags. Not ONE bad thing said about the guy by anyone. I teared up a bit reading some stuff.

I read through the ChiefsPlanet last night. The posters were overwhelmingly excited about CEH. There were a couple of snarky comments, but the original posts were quickly removed LOL.
CEH is such a fine young man. I think he'll be a great fit at KC.
He is my favorite Tiger.

That's why Clyde became what he is.
Much respect

They said if the Chiefs didn't draft him the Bucs would have. Take your pick Clyde.....Mahomes or Brady. This man is living the life.

438 touches, one fumble. That is an incredible stat, especially when factoring in the level of defenses he was running against. No wonder Joe & he are such good friends, any QB loves a RB who never fumbles. Who is the current starting RB for the Chiefs? Safe to say he's nervous with this pick.

So glad Mahomes didn't take the beat down that LSU gave him the Texas Bowl personally.

Clyde is the new mold RB. He is great for HUNH. He is excellent in pass protection. He knows the RPO. He is an excellent receiver... and he can run inside. He also has been very durable.
You cannot say those things about Swift or Taylor.

One of the clowns on draft coverage (probably Mel Kiper, Jr.), said, "He has to get better in pass protection."
Do those clowns even watch football or any of our games?
FFS - and Kiper was also the one it would have killed to mention CEH as a possibility for a first round RB - he mentioned the other 3 with 1st/2nd round grades, but nothing about Clyde until KC actually made the pick. Somebody did mention Clyde to Booger right before the pick was made, trying to get the LSU alum to rep for his team, but even Booger seemed muted until #22 was the actual pick.
Unbelievable.

That FaceTime recording is awesome. What a life moment. So, so happy for CEH. Good guys can prevail through hard work, commitment and character. I don’t recall ever being so happy for a LSU player.

I play a lot of MUT and I pulled the #32 card a couple days ago and it happens to be CEH!!! Man I’m so fricking happy for my dude. From the GOAT college football team to a super bowl team is fuciking unreal

Soooo Happy for CEH!! To think and I’m being honest, I was one of those and I’m SURE there was a lot of those out there besides me who thought how long will it be before Emery Jr or TDP beat out Clyde for the job. Game 3, Game 4, I’m wrong on a lot of my recliner coaching and couch evaluations but I couldn’t be happier to be so wrong in all my life. And don’t forget that horrible experience he went through earlier and never missed a beat. Regardless whether you believe or not, GOD has a plan for the Good people and there isn’t anyone who to me deserves this more.

Lifelong 47 yr old Chiefs fan that married an LSU Tiger girl 15 yrs ago. I always liked LSU from afar but after marrying into Tiger fandom & attending games in Tiger Stadium, I'm a proud Tiger fan along with y'all. We watched the pick last night as a family. When they announced CEH we all let out a happy roar. My sons were jumping around like the Chiefs won the Super Bowl again. Geaux Chiefs!

Mahomes was a beast in that game. He escaped pressure and made plays all game that he shouldn't have made. I knew that dude would be a helluva NFL player after watching him.

I did not think CEH was going to be more than a back up.
And he probably would have been in that offense we used to run...
He is a prototype player for a modern offense now.
