TDOC at 250 implies LVGO at 159. i have a cost basis in LVGO at 102. those LVGO shares will be redeemed for TDOC (102 buys shares worth 148) plus 11.33 in cash per share

or i can sell my LVGO before the merger at 40% profit.
i think that will be a good problem to have
