I get it that the new company will be a monster, certainly.
the problem is that existing shareholder equity in BOTH companies is being trampled
and there’s not a real path to make anyone whole

My original plan was to stick with both—I had 300 LVGO and 100 TDOC. I was up big and felt I could weather the storm and maybe buy more. I ended up selling some yesterday, then getting rid of the rest today.
With the amount of disappointment from shareholders on both sides, litigation may be a real possibility, which could be disastrous from a share holder perspective. Considering we’re still months away, I just didn’t want to risk being caught up in that with such a large position, relative to my portfolio.
If you stick with it, I hope for the best. I’m sure I’ll own the new TDOC, or LVGO if it doesn’t go through, again once the dust settles.
My starting position with LVGO was at 52. It was a hell of a ride.
