Outpatient clinical practices have been seeing as much as 60% decrease in volume.
Pediatrics, for example, rely on "well visit" type volume for newborn screening/annual check ups/shots/etc.
Parents just haven't been bring their kids in.

Oklahoma, Texas, and Alaska will be soon allowing elective surgeries beginning this week provided it does not hinder hospital bed capacity. I believe Alaska starts May 4th.
