I stopped getting my hair cut there after they raised the prices a few months ago. Was something like $28 before tip. It's one of those places that advertises free beers and relies on the affluence of the area. Everyone in there getting their haircut looks like they just rolled off the golf course.

I stopped going there a few years ago because every girl there smokes and I got sick of smelling their nasty arse cigarette smelling hands. That, and they all spent their time gossiping with each other while they cut hair.

Here we go with this shite again. People are paying over $28 for a haircut that likely takes all of 10 minutes and then throw in the "before tip" line.
Barbers set their own prices. Evidently, this barber shop has set their prices quite high and have continued to raise them regularly, and people still argue over if they are tipping them enough. Tip them what? 10 bucks? That is a hell of an hourly rate barbers are making.
