Seams Like a lot of chicken littles want to shut down the season without consideration of other factors and considerations. What can be done...half filed stadiums, etc?

How do you know the athletes want to play? Or you just want a season regardless of what they want??

Nah, the season will go on as scheduled. Protocols will be in place to test the players. As far as the fans, I see temperature readings at the gates, masks & gloves for a little while.

I don't know who said this, maybe Dr. Fauci, but I heard some BS about selling every other seat in a stadium as an option to have less fans in attendance.

Whoever said that has never been to a pro game or college stadium where most of the seats are already sold to season ticket holders.

Was just SMDH. It's too early to cancel football.

This SI article answers the question of what can be done to potentially save the season ( SI article). There are lots of different scenarios. My best guess is that they'll play the season in the spring semester without fans in the stadium. But I'm just a fan making a guess.

Why does this have to be decided now or even considered now? College football starts in about four and a half months. Imagine the back lash if they decide to cancel college football or postpone it and two months from now Coronavirus is behind us?

Let’s wait till summer to discuss these things.
