Umami is cranking out the to-go orders. Got a nice spread a couple weeks ago.

Rock n Sake is still doing their TGIT Tuesday deal, but that was yesterday.

Yeah, I went to order Geisha on chownow, and asked if there was a code I needed to put to get the 20% discount. I was told by a Geisha employee thru social media that it had already been automatically adjusted and that the prices already reflected that. Being a frequent visitor to Geisha, I saw that the prices were exactly the same as normal; there was no 20% discount. When I informed the Geisha folks I was told there must be some sort of technical glitch and that they'd have to contact customer support. A week later I went to try it again, on both chownow and their new Geisha LA app, and the prices hadn't changed. Makes me think that they're fooling non-regular customers into thinking they're getting 20% off but really they're the same old prices.

I didn't pay attention to the price because my husband's work gave us an Uber eats gift card. But we have eaten takeout from them for 4 years pretty freaking regular and both opened the box and said what???

Now that I think about it though we always get dinner. Do they have a lunch price/portion? I didn't think they had a lunch menu.

I feel as though it's the last thing I ate before I got sick. I feel guilty but I've lost my taste for it.
