With the long weekend, what are some different, fun things to put on the smoker? Talking different than the Boston butt, ribs, or brisket.

Rouses has been having beef spare ribs and they come out pretty awesome. I know it is still ribs but it's not baby backs. I'll be reversing searing a tri tip this weekend I know that.

I've been struggling to find other things to smoke too. It's been rib after rib lately.

I knew you were a BGE guy, didn't know if you had another rig you were running. Hope it comes out great, man. I have yet to master the brisket.

Not yet I’ve been eyeing pellet smokers but Can’t justify the coin whenever I have a great egg and flameboss temp control unit.

Pellet smokers are definitely convenient, and you can make good Q on them, but when comparing food off my Traeger and food off my Weber Smokey Mountain, the WSM always wins.

I'm eyeballing a Lone Star Grill but I think my wife may leave me if I buy one..

Sounds like a win/win.

I smoked a boneless leg of lamb and it was really good. Could fit in well with Easter.
