It works. And if it works then he needs to be touting it.
Are we going to stay in our houses forever? The point is that we shouldn't have to be cautious (except for reasonable things like not coughing on each other, or visiting older people if we're sick). We should be able to go back to our lives, if there is a treatment. We didn't let any other virus stop us in our tracks, so why do we need to live in fear now?

I think it does too from all the various reports, but honestly, there is nothing 100% conclusive yet from a wide-scale usage. That is all he is waiting for.
