Hmm, just after Trump announced a trade tariff on China in 2018 in March and China starts tanking.

If it is confirmed that China unleashed this as a biological weapons terror attack, then not just the US, but also the entire world should engage in open and unlimited warfare with China until they cease to exist. Population-scale biological warfare is nuclear-level aggression.
The "powers that be" know that their citizenry would demand blood retribution against China. Therefore, if it was bio-warfare, then we will absolutely never be told. Sadly.

I think you'll find that the US Congress will find it QUITE impossible to issue a formal declaration of war on China. China has MANY allies in the US Congress.
