also, According to McDonald's website, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese has 1,090 milligrams of sodium.
The American Heart Association recommends an ideal limit of no more than 1,500 mg per day for most adults

How do you distinguish Whataburger from fast food? It has all of the telltale characteristics.

Listen Johnny Cochran, I don't have to explain my logic to you.

The guys at the office always come in with fast food and I'm over here eating a PB sandwich and a strawberry/banana smoothie

My normal:

6am Breakfast every day is an Ideal Shake (I’m debating making my own with weigh protein and Vitamins but I haven’t tried it yet)

10am Snack: smokehouses almonds or cheese stick

12:30 Lunch: Simple ham or turkey and cheese sandwich with some baked chips or celery/carrot sticks and peanut butter

3:00 Snack: quest bar

6:00 Dinner: something meal prepped and portioned like grilled protein and veggies or jambalaya or red beans.

Usually around 1500 calories a day. And at least 16oz of water with each meal/snack

I splurge on the weekend

Now add a large fry and large coke and calculate the sugar and sodium and then you’ll understand the obesity epidemic

I plan to eat Church's Chicken tomorrow.
I don't think I've ever planned to eat at a Church's. That's the kind of place you just wind up at when you're shitfaced. Like Jack in the Box.

Well sure if you eat fast food every day or every other day.

In moderation it's fine, but people have no self-control.

I live in a town close to around 6,000. The best place to eat is a cafe and it has a kick arse burger and chicken fried steak. It also has all day breakfast that has pancakes as large as the plate. Oh and the western omelette is really good.

These local places that are good, need the support in these tough times. Places like McDonald's could go away tomorrow and I wouldn't shed a tear.

I had McDonalds about 2 weeks ago, before that 4 years ago. I bring my lunch to work. Always eat a fruit or 2, protein shake for breakfast and some meat typically without bread. My digestive system couldn't handle fast food more than once in a long while.
