Why south Florida? Is there something about the demographics that make it particularly at a heightened risk?

all i can think of is "maybe" thats where most of the spring break parties were, other then that possibility all i can think of is its just made up BS

Lots of people traveling from known northeastern hotspots. Three major airports, two with international flights, all with multiple departures to and arrival from known hot spots that continue to this hour. Two large cruise ship terminals. An older than average population.

Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach are prime candidates to be the next New York.

Maybe Dade/Broward.

Palm beach a bit too spread out IMO, especially north county.
