Spring break social distancing fail extrapolated

This company called Tectonic GEO evidently has the ability to follow the patterns of anonymous cell phone users. They analyzed the movement patterns of a huge beach party in FL after spring break to see where everyone went.
This is how things can get quickly out of hand with big events.

In which case it seems pretty unethical. But it's not like the government doesn't already have much more advanced data.
