Sounds to me like someone at HEB knew about this prior to the govt, so why not call Trump?

Eh, I don't think so. I'm not really a big fan of Texas, don't hate them either. But HEB is like a larger version of Rouses from my perspective and are better at it. That's as you would expect from a place that has been doing that local grocer feel on a large scale for a longer time.

And I have come across no place like Buccee's in my work travels, though I haven't been doing that type of travelling for about 5 years now.

Yea....why didn't a grocery store chain inform the President that things could impact supply chains.

I apologize. I love Bucees. I will stop there regularly when I head East. And Texans are still good Americans so I love them too.

went to an HEB over Christmas, while visiting the in-laws in the Hill Country. it is the greatest and I wish we had them in Alabama.
