Horse manure is good fertilizer. You should have bagged that shite up and took it home to put on your emergency vegetable garden.

My Grandfather grew up in New Orleans. He said the garbage was collected by horse drawn cart. He and his brother would go behind garbage cart and bring home horse poop to use in their garden.
