Do we know the survival rate of COVID19 without any treatment?

I know that seems bizarre, but if it comes to complete systemic decompensation, who will survive COVID? I'd imagine there would be a large trim to the upper aged segment of our population. Average age could go down dramatically.

survival rates fore the wuhan flu are 99.999% full recovery

anyone about to die or are near dead who get the wuhan flu usually die from it

Because they won't test random people to get actual number infected.

What’s so hard about believing this isn’t the Spanish flu and I’d wager more people will have it and not be tested than what the numbers end up being for positive test

Define treatment. It’s a virus.You rest, control the fever best you can. Drink plenty fluids

Without any treatment from a medical professional or center. No anti-virals, IV fluids all the way up to vents.
