The problem here is optics. He could order them all arrested today and the DoJ would comply. He won't though because doing this would give the other side a shitload of ammo to use against him.

I wrote a thread on this awhile back. I'm surprised you missed it.
Not really. According to DeGinova (sp?) (and yes, I know he has been wrong about a lot), Mark Warner and some of the other folks on the Senate Intel Committee have expressed concern that Durham's investigation may be focused on them, the Senate Intel Committee, at this point in time.
Is DiGenova a liar?
Maybe. But as you yourself said awhile back, even if the media doesn't know who's being targeted, there's a strong chance the targets themselves would know, and those folks, Warner in particular, has expressed concern that Durham has his sights set on him personally.

Do you know CA,? The only thing I hate worse for a TikTok club of immune arrests is the anti-tick-tock club of nothing will happen. I realize there’s no way to know what really is going on. If the bad guys are gonna get away with it I don’t think that a Lawson guy show up on a program to say:

Like I just posted they are all saying different things. Most are writing books on spygate.
I don't buy into any idea that arrests should/could wait because it is so close to an election. This is above politics. If they truly wanted to do something what is in public is enough they could have done something years ago.

I think it will be devastating for them but the media won't report it. No matter what the media/DNC are going to say Barr is political blah blah blah. There is simply no acceptable excuse for no arrests, most especially an election.

You are correct! I use to call it the DC Swamp but the Swamp has an unmistakable Prog/Dim NWO Globalist stench. I know many R's are invested in the Swamp too but there's no doubt the Swamp today is mainly a Progressive NWO construct and that's why the Dims and never Trumpers haven't faced justice.....yet.

If John Durham is planning on prosecuting spygate conspirators et al, why would he want that known before he drops the hammer? He wouldn't. Because we are talking about people of considerable means here. If they knew full well that Durham was coming for them, but it's taking months and months, they would simply leave the country.
So maybe Durham tells one person one thing and tells someone else something completely different. That seems like it would be a wise plan to me.
At the end of the day, zero leaks so far. This indicates to me he is doing more than simply covering shite up.
Time will tell. In the end, expect some considerable blowback from the so called "tick tock crew" you guys have ran you mouths at this entire time.
I plan on repaying it in spades, just so you're aware.
