If you do not provide a valid financial plan when you have a child you are "eliminated"
Its the welfare baby factories that are draining us. We can deal with a single kid at a time.
Once the word is out that its over for irresponsible folks its a self correcting problem.

Welfare babies don't approach the waste in foreign wars and corporate welfare. Hell, the fed burned $1.5 trillion in 3 hours this week.

You know what controls this? Abortion. Poor people/single moms that get pregnant and know they can't have kids have abortions. Go ahead and do away with all abortions and see how many people are on welfare and poor and can't feed their kids.
Once again Christian's are all about Pro Life until they come out of the womb then it's "Screw those kids"
