Is any of this a matter of legal opinion?
The single most important issue in the LEGAL analysis of THIS case is medical risk/safety and whether the legislature chose to impose higher standards for THIS procedure than for other, unrelated procedures with a similar level of medical risk.

Interesting, you basically manipulate the narrative as if all have agreed that abortion is not murder. Same as RBG. The case all along has been whether abortion is murder or not. And there has not been a legal consensus around that issue.
There are safe and unsafe ways to administer the death penalty. I'm just guessing you're against the death penalty based on your political leanings. Correct me if I'm wrong. In the eyes of a conservative, with the death penalty, you're taking the life of someone given the opportunity at life and has royally botched it with intent. With abortion, you're murdering a life that was purely innocent.

That is 100% false. Other procedures have much better credentialing. Having admitting privileges is a minimal way to credential providers. If they can't get credentialed they shouldn't provide services which carry so much risk.
Louisiana's abortionists are atypically unsafe and have a piss poor record. More onerous regulation is required.
