Dugas has been consistently bad for 2 years. Sucked as a Freshman last year.
Is he better at the plate then Hughes.
Lsu should have a Brandt broussard hitting in the 9 hole, at worst. He would be the 5th best hitter on this year's team, I bet.

So we're a few weeks into his second season and he's been bad for 2 years? I don't think that's possible. And he hasn't been consistently bad. He was actually pretty good before he tore a ligament in his hand last year and right after he returned (missing 2 months of the season), but it's a little ridiculous to say he's been consistently bad when he had 43 at bats the entire season last year. Not the biggest sample size wouldn't you agree?
