They're not lying, but instead of fear-mongering, why not report the cuts were made at a time when there was no threat. Also, now that there is a threat, the funding can quickly be restored and people reassigned.

It's a non-story.

You're average person is going to read the headline and think, "The Coronavirus is Trump's fault!" It's misleading.

It’s a political attack made by hacks that supported impeachment and know they are going to lose big in 2020. That’s how honest people see it.

Trump gets blamed for everything by these people. If everything is his fault he is truly amazing.
