And.....the OP's post points out that NO OTHER SEC team has to do this TWICE. Does Vandy have to do this TWICE ?

They have two full days rest. Teams in the Big 12 and ACC go from playing Saturday to Monday all the time. I just feel like it’s a weird thing to complain about. The NCAA tournament is on one day rest. The SEC Tournament is back to back days. These guys are going to be fine on two days rest.
Texas A&M has done it twice this season. So will Florida and Missouri.
