When an illegal commits some kind of horrible crime on one of their buses, they will be far more civically liable now that they’ve decided to essentially make sanctuary busses.

Same goes with sanctuary cities, the Federal Government needs to allow civil litigation against these cities for allowing lawlessness in their jurisdictions.

Problem solved very quickly.

Took a bus trip from San Deigo to LA in 1979 to catch the Amtrack train back to SD. Beautiful trip by the way. Half way to LA bus was required to pull over at the rest stop and BP came aboard to search for illegals.

They don't check buses anyhow. They wait at the station as they get off the bus.

So, how far does this defiance of .gov go. Can Boeing flip the FAA the bird and put the max back in the air tomorrow?

There’s nothing Greyhound can do about it.

This is virtue signaling. If a driver doesn’t stop (yes, they can pull over buses in motion), the driver can be arrested for evading detention.

If the bus is stopped and a driver refuses boarding, the driver is subject to arrest for impeding a federal officer.

They only need reasonable suspicion and buses are naturally suspicious as harboring illegals.

If you are driving a private car through an area known for illegal crossings, your presence is enough for reasonable suspicion.

The 100-mile border includes the water, so 2/3 of Americans live within 100 miles of the border.
