Is a scam site that also pushes anti-GMO bs, chemtrails, and other crazy stuff. They link a real scientific journal but the research does not appear to imply bioengineering. In an effort to share research in near real time lots of articles are being posted open source and pre-publication. This is releasing a lot of stuff for public consumption that hasn't completed peer review. I would say take anything referencing scientific journal articles with a grain of salt unless you are familiar with the topic, author or you trust the person claiming that the article proves something.

So where does the World Health Organization get it's numbers? Do they have thousands of staff in China counting the various cases of infection, recovery and death? Hell No! They report whatever the Chinese give them and then they stamp it as official and accurate even though they know that it is highly questionable. That's the way these "experts" function.

Small pox was used as a biological weapon prior to a vaccine being available to treat it.
Small pox is now controllable. It wasn’t when we gave it to native Americans.

When was the last biological weapon used?
Not sure when, but pretty sure it was anthrax.

quote:It actually was. Vaccination was developed in the 18th Century. Prior to that, immunity was conveyed through survival of the disease. Immune individuals carried contaminated materials to Indian communities. As the tribes were isolated, while they were devastated, further spread was contained and controlled.

But that is indeed the model for weaponization and control. Develop a vaccine or reliable treatment for your own population. Inoculate your people. Then seed the bioweapon into an unprotected target population.
