So if you have stuff out more than 4 hours prior to a parade and it’s unattended, it’s subject to removal? I don’t see an issue with that.

I dont either...however, as I stated....we leave our shite out on Napoleon after the Saturday parades, but it's mostly just chairs, tarps, tents and tables. No ladders..and we dont "claim" a spot...we keep everything in a pile tied together towards the middle of the neutral ground away from the street and have have someone out there at daybreak to start setting up...we've never had an issue

Thats only for the Saturday before Bacchus that we leave stuff out over night, and Sunday night. We go back Monday morning and pick our shite up

I’m not reading through 8 pages, but I think the issue is that the city has about 5000 problems that are more important than some tables and chairs stacked up on a parade route.
