The fact that you are highlighting this as a gotcha makes it clear you don’t understand anything about this.
Short acting drugs/medications are infinitely more addictive. That’s why crack is one of the most addicting substances known. An instant short lived high that’s gone very quickly leaving you wanting more. So something is off with your quote. It’s probably from the plaintiffs allegations.
