Serious question, now that he is no longer a felon, shouldn't he be able to take back control of the team?

In theory I guess he could but imagine his sister probably doesn’t want to just hand him a billion dollars just because. Also Jed runs the team now for all intents and purposes & has brought Eddie back here and there. I could see him being more involved going forward.

Getting pardoned doesn't expunge his record. He is still a convicted felon.
