No, I have never done that but I have asked a woman who I did not know how long until she has her baby and she told me she had her baby five months ago. I will never make that mistake again

Yep, and it's always appreciated when done tactfully.

You don't say "man you lost a ton of weight." You say "wow you look amazing!"

Validation is like oxygen to women.
