Might be a good idea to do a poll in those areas. Eight teams is not good need to have 16 teams to really get it going.

That's because the Blues are struggling. The novelty will eventually fall off.

hey need to go to MLS cities that don't have an NFL team:
Columbus
Portland
Salt Lake City
Toronto
Orlando
Agreed. Can’t wait to visit Columbus

Orlando already had one(AAF) that did well.
Columbus would be awesome in the new soccer arena being built downtown.
I know Portland likes to stay weird, but they support the Timbers well.
Utah, Utah State, and BYU have solid to good programs. Utah in the Pac 12 now with good support. I think they would embrace it.
Plus the venues are a good size for this.

..but this also illustrates how lousy the Mizzou football program has been in filling the void that was left behind by the Rams.

Mizzou was the problem to begin with. Corrupted and now it is a lot better with the right head coach and the penalties or over for the football program. So I am looking for a bright future for Mizzou in football. This is going to a much better this time around with the problems just about all solved. This new head coach will be Mizzou best hired in a very very long time. Since Dan Devine. Drinkwitz is one of the best head coach hired this year.

Frank Cusamano is still alive?
He graduated high school in the late 1970s.
I thought he'd be dead by now.

I imagine St. Louis has some pent-up pro football demand.

XFL really missed out on SA. They showed out for the Commanders.

Eh. Tampa will fail. Los Angeles may fail. Id try Chicago and Philly.
Where would these teams play? They need small venues not huge ones.
Chicago’s MLS stadium is out in the sticks.
Philly has one in Chester which isn’t too bad.
No mid major football stadium in either

As long as they stick to the MLS stadium and not the Citrus Bowl.
