If I were starting up a small company in today's political world, the first question I'd ask them would pertain to their politics. If they didn't coincide with mine I'd show them the door. As far as I know there is no law against that - yet.

Exactly.

A lot can be gleaned from their resume. What college they attended and their major can be a huge red flag.

Then ask a couple of pointed political questions. Like, “So, what do you think is the most important thing that President Trump has accomplished in his first term?”

If they’re suffering from TDS, they won’t be able to keep their composure and all you’ll get out of them is, “Reeeeeeeeeee!” Then you can end the interview.
