The Yankees splits home and road are even more outrageous. The Yankees hit .250 at home and .176 away. For comparison the Astros hit .273 home .208 away.
This is just for all the national media who are pointing to this one stat by the Astros as some crazy smoking gun, who at the same time ignoring that this is a common trend
The Astros hit 18 postseason homeruns at home and 9 on the road. Same number of games.
The Astros had an OPS that was nearly .230 points higher at home than the road that post season.
All you retards that think this is all just some tin foil hat conspiracy or that cheating didnt really help are delusional as frick

Yankees ops was 282 higher at home in the same postseason.
I'm not saying that they didn't cheat. I'm arguing that people pointing to their stats as some sort of gotcha that their cheating made a huge difference are ignoring the fact that most teams perform better at home and have similar splits.
I'm also arguing that these Yankees players and fans that are crying about the fact that they would have won the series are ignoring the fact that teams rarely win a series when they scored 3 runs in 4 games.
Like Chapman crying about altuves walkoff and blaming it on cheating when he should be blaming himself for throwing a high 84 mph slider that didn't move to a high ball hitter. Or he should blame his offense for not giving them a chance.
