It’ll be interesting to see what DC’s attendance looks like today.

I mean it’s not like everyone is talking about it, but the big sports radio shows have all taken the time to talk about the game and the XFL some this week.

ETA: went to the game last week - intend to catch it on TV today.

ETA 2: it’s a high of 37 today so we’ll see how that effects the crowd.

Fans are requesting that they open up the top bowl, but they keep saying no. Only for playoffs. The lower bowl will be sold out at 28k.

Get to 30k and the Battlehawks will have basically matched the average attendance @ the San Diego Chargers games.

I mean, it’ll be maxed out at 28k, if the lower bowl was bigger I think the crowd may have gotten to closer to 40k

It’s about as expected. Something to do and go to when nothing else is happening and you feel like getting out the house. Need more recognizable names in order for fans to really start to build loyalty towards teams

Not a single buzz heard in Houston although there’s a rumor that one faint buzz was heard in the Woodlands but was quickly drowned out by some Astro apologizing

Talking with people all week here Columbus, so many people want an XFL team so bad. That proved to be true with Columbus pulling a 4.5 Market rating last week. A lot of people have said bring back the old Ohio Glory. I would 100% go to games.
