Rob C said he thought that sequence was shown out of order, based on Tony’s beard. IE the discussion between him and Sandra about keeping Tyson happened way before this episode. The last time (only time) they did the Extinction twist, everyone who never raised the sail to quit was on the jury.
They ended up with two quitters and 13 jury members.

They were in the EoE season. Reem was first voted out and was on the jury. Conceivably could be a 17-person jury.
I am not hating Edge for this season. I think if someone returning from Edge makes the finale they will have a harder time with this jury. A lot of them complained when they got out there and found out Edge was a thing for the season

I agree with that compared to the previous Extinction season. These players won't be as likely to vote someone who had been eliminated to win.

I've also seen a handful of them (like Tyson) say that they wouldn't have done this season if there wasn't some sort of redemption twist. I don't know though... I bet they would have all eventually said yes regardless.

I don’t mind edge of extinction as a concept, I just hate how much if the episode it takes up. Eliminated contestants get more airtime than players still in the game
They should produce online only versions of the edge of extinction parts, that way we can get even more footage and still get an entire episodes worth of content

Yeah, I thought the same thing. That tribe won't last long at all IMO. I understand taking Rob out though. Now if they will just get rid of Sandra.

Exclusive: Survivor delaying production on next season due to coronavirus
