Define when they’ll take over? I mean, if they’re 25 years old now, when would they take over at 45 or 50? By then, a 40 year old today will be in their early 60’s. Why would that matter when so close to retirement?

Meh. I'm not the only conservative white male in my office by a long shot. I also have no problem avoiding discussing politics at work.
I don't post political rants on social media. Hell, I don't even have social media other than TD and LinkedIn
