I'm good with this, It seems like Coach O is looking for Older Guys with Experience that will stay around longer and have stability for the program, good idea if so

O is taking pages out of the Les Miles playbook. Bo and now Scott.. welcome back to the stone ages.

Gonna be a long 2 years. Then all this stuff will have to be fixed.. yet again.

Let me guess, you hated the hiring of O and thought that we would sink into the dark ages of LSU football?

Is Linehan the very best coach we could've gotten? Yes or no?

If the answer is no, then is it better to deliberately sacrifice the quality of coaching for someone who is more willing to stick around?

What's the problem with replacing top coaches? It's worked pretty well for Bama.

Why are you going from thread to thread with this dumb shite. He’s not a better player than Caleb Williams.

Bingo!!! Why do most of you keep doubting CEO? Let things play out before you drill him.

It’s time for LSU to pull a 5 star QB, like Bama, Clemson, Ohio State and UGA does. Does this hire get us there? That’s what I’m looking for

You like most of us didnt even know who Joe Brady was until last year. But he was a great hire by Coach O then right? So how do you even know how this will workout?

Brady was an unknown. Linehan is not. There’s a reason he’s had so many jobs.

People care because we dont want to go back to 2018 that offense threw 16 TD passes, had zero incorporation of the TE and sucked in the red zone. Not to mention scored 0 on Bama.

Brady was sought after by Payton.

Linehan is sought after by nobody. Does he know football? Yes. Is he young, innovative and can adapt to in game college high tempo spread? No.

Anyone who thinks Coach O is simply going to let this team regress to where it was three years ago is a moron. And if you don’t think Scott Linehan understands the offense LSU ran this past season, you’re a moron.
