Saban got Tua's parents jobs how come he's not under a clould?

Mark Dantonio gets hit with a lawsuit alleging that he got a booster to get a job for a player's parents.
Now we are to believe that Saban had nothing to do with Tua's parents affording to move so far and get a pretty good job in Alabama.

His family could sell a hut in Hawaii and buy a 3000sqft home in Alabaster.
I know the economy sucks in Lousiana, but its pretty easy to get a job almost every where else in the country.

the cost of living in Hawaii is far greater than that of Alabama they almost assuredly saved money by moving

If they did move and found any job in Alabama I would guess most of the people doing the hiring would be Bama grads.
No way you can prove anything if that person is actually qualified for the job they have.
Now if it's a sham job, where they don't actually have to go to work then you might be on to something.
Most families don't uproot their life and follow their kid to whatever college they attend. With a ton of family still in Hawaii and with two kids at same school it probably makes sense for them to come to Alabama and they can return to Hawaii at anytime to see family. Now it won't matter with Tua getting the first round contract.

More like it's an open secret that every program cheats. The one's that get popped with a violation are the one's that piss off the NCAA, or are small time to the point that the cheating doesn't justify the revenue.
