I think he should have started this as soon as he took office. But, I think it would be a bad look if he did it right after (as opposed to when he's reelected), and how much harm would it do to lose that many people at once. You can't cut your nose off to spite your face.

I don't think you necessarily need someone that is 100% MAGA. Having people with different views from yours is usually a good thing. But, you need people that will be country over party

What, it would look so bad they’d try to impeach him again?
