Shelvin is plenty of a headache and in a 3-4 could free up the other DL but drawing a double team.

Last year he didn’t get to the QB but he collapsed a lot of pockets. If we had better edge pressure QBs would have had no where to step up.

The issue is our DEs we’re very effective passrushing.

In the last 3 years Logan, Lawrence and Farrell combines for 18.5 sacks while getting the majority of snaps at the Ends positions.

That’s less than 7 snaps a year from 2 of your DL.

And you can say they’re there to eat up blocks, but there are plenty of instances where Aranda wanted to pass rush them and a BOLB and they just didn’t get pressure.
