Seriously, he can't understand that?

Maybe Bolton thought it was important enough to get the facts out about a candidate before the actual election. Wouldn't it be too late after the election?

If that was his goal, he could have gone on a news show or written an op-ed in a newspaper. The fact that he is putting it in a book shows that his real objective is to make money by writing salacious stories about the President.
