Burrow- probably his age, which will put a cap on just how much more he can develop. Will turn 24 at end of nfl season.
CEH- long end speed, & “dancing” with the ball. Would really thrive on a team with good players around him. Not sure he can be the dude .
Jefferson- ability to play outside, overall size, strength after catch
Moss- speed. Think he needs to lose 10lbs.
Lewis- handling quicker DLs
Cushenberry- handling powerful DLs
Charles- lack of length, and he’s almost too lean. I think teams will love his body to mold as a G.
Chaisson- needs to get stronger, keep developing pass rush moves
Lawrence - player out of position as a 3-4 DE. He’s much better suited inside a 4-3. Speed & athleticism exposed on edge
Queen- tackling could use work
Divinity- feel like his body needs work. Little on the heavy side. Prob won’t test great
Phillips- making plays outside the tackle box near LOS
Fulton- make up speed
Delpit- finding that fine line between lack of aggressiveness & being over aggressive.
Magee- out of shape

I get your point as it relates to upside. But how much more does he need to develop? Mentally, he’s already on the level of an NFL vet according to everyone who has talked X’s and O’s with him.
I will say that he is probably going to have to get comfortable under-center at some point in a pro offense. But we’ve seen that turn into less and less of a concern in recent years.
