Recently bought a giant pack of chicken tenders from Sam's. Anybody have healthy recipe or way to cook them? I usually just grill on the skillet but that is getting kind of old. I do like Crock Pot recipes.

Find a salsa that you really like, cook in Crock Pot.

I like a verde salsa.

Eat as-is, over rice as burrito bowl, in tacos, etc.

Not sure if you are watching sodium intake, but grilled with Greek seasoning and olive oil is tasty.

Marinate them for an hour or 2 in a few tbsp of olive oil with salt, pepper, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and a splash of lemon juice.

Saute a yellow onion and a bellpepper or 2, add chicken.

Eat as a fajita or with brown rice. Quick and easy, we prob eat this dish once a week or so.

We baste them in egg whites and coat in almond flour with seasonings and bake them.

I have no complaints.

Make sure you’ve accumulated enough good boy points (GBP) first! I’m not making that mistake again soon.
