Governor Northam is pushing for one gun a month purchase limit, pushing for red flag law, pushing for outlawing all "assault rifles", pushing for outlawing any handgun or weapon with magazines capable of holding 10 or more rounds, pushing for awarding ALL of Virginia's Presidential electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote, pushing for allowing local governments and cities to enact gun laws that are more stringent than Virginia state laws, pushing for revoking CC reprocity with other states, pushing for two, 4 year term limits instead of his current 1, 4 year term limit, pushing for revoking state voter ID requirement, pushing for allowing illegals to enter Virginia, pushing for mandatory background checks for ALL gun purchases, pushing for outlawing ALL private gun ranges, pushing for making it illegal to pass your guns on to your children, and these are just a few of this administration's and current legislature bills that have been introduced and will be introduced. If you care, you need to keep up with these current events because they are coming to your state, too.

People who love the life our Constitutional Republic Principles have given us, are loathe to abandon them, br. Life is good, and they will only do so when the Left goes dangerously over the line. There is no going back, once certain lines are crossed. Though we did have major violence in the Cities and Universities back when, and got through it. There already are background check for purchases.

Universal means any transfer of a gun has to have a check done. Sell a gun to a friend? Not without doing a background check. Do it without a check and you are a felon. Guess what? YOU have your guns taken away because you are a felon...and you lose your right to vote. A father willing his firearms to a son or daughter, or anyone else? Not without a background check. Suddenly die without doing a check? Those guns are now illegal to be possessed, etc, etc. You know...confiscation done incrementally "under the radar"
