Hulu is owned by disney, the same corporation who is now controlling an ever-growing portion of the global film and television market.
what you see in the image is somehow not considered a monopoly

I wonder if he had trouble finding heroin in Iran

This is deeply upsetting to me. That was one of the best episodes in the run of the series. It was fascinating and gripping. The ending was chilling, too, as that nice family was literally taken away in the night and never heard from again. F$&k Hulu for empowering repressive regimes by taking down content that shows their flaws and despotic behaviors.

I'm not quite sure that's why Hulu took down the episode my man

What other reasons could there be to take down only this episode?

because the episode did a great job of humanizing and contextualizing a group of people that we are very likely about to go to war with?
imagine if the vietnam war were about to begin today in 2020 and the disney corporation started deleting any kind of media which made vietnamese people look like regular, kind human beings. that's basically what's happened here.

You really believe we are going to war with Iran?

While at the same time making the government of Iran look like despotic tyrants? If anything, it would make war against the Iranian regime seem more justified. The Iranian government looks very bad in this episode.

That did happen, The Vietnamese were seen as sympathetic, and America was at war with communist rebels, not Vietnam.

I want to be surprised that someone could watch a show like Parts Unknown and think to themselves, "wow we should bomb that beautiful country now" afterwards
but I've been here long enough to realize that you're probably not trolling

Lewy estimates that 40,000 South Vietnamese civilians were assassinated by the PAVN/VC; 250,000 were killed as a result of combat in South Vietnam, and 65,000 were killed in North Vietnam. He suggests that another 222,000 civilians were counted as military deaths by the U.S. in compiling its "body count." His estimated total of civilian deaths is 587,000.[11][12][13] It was difficult to distinguish between civilians and military personnel in many instances as many individuals were part-time guerrillas or impressed laborers who did not wear uniforms.[14][15][16]

More like “we need to free these wonderful people from this evil dictatorship with its stazi secret police”

*insert obligatory, "we will be seen as liberators" cheney quote here*

If the shoe fits. Considering the massive protests by citizens against the Iyatollah right now in the wake of Suliemani’s death, it actually seems plausible. We could be watching the death throws of that horrible regime right now. In 2009, their revolution failed when Suleimani mowed down protestors with tanks and machine guns while Obama airlifted them pallets of cash. Do you really think Trump is going to let that happen again? The President of Iran is calling on the Iyatollah to make a statement. Many in the country believe that he is trying to force the Iyatollah to step down and make peace with the west. These protests stem out of the same movement that poor couple from that episode likely died supporting.
