We all already know how great the offense was. Something I just noticed when looking at the numbers stood out to me.

LSU played 6 offenses that finished in the top 30 in scoring. Auburn and Florida are the big surprises.

#2 Alabama (47.2 PPG)
#4 Clemson (42.9 PPG)
#6 Oklahoma (42.1 PPG)
#17 Texas (35.2 PPG)
t-#28 Florida (33.2 PGG)
t-#28 Auburn (33.2 PPG)

The Alabama game should have been a 26 point win, but that is only if we don't make mistakes. I am very aware that we should expect 3-4 big mistakes per game in college. So it's fine we did not win by 26, but that would have been nice.

OP's stats include games against FCS schools, the ones in your link don't.
