JC vs Euless Trinity among three high school games at TX Stadium

Last year's Texas 5A Champion vs John Curtis-WOW!
Trinity has a great running game and a hard hitting defense

Clean, you need to come out here for this Labor Day Special!

All those crazy Somoans at Trinity are going to crush JC. Euless Trinity is sick.

What the hell is Mandeville playing there for??? They are going to be mediocre at best IMHO in their district. They lost their entire Linebacker core (including Michael Mauti who signed with Penn State and is already 2nd string SS) as well as their QB.

I talked to one of their starting CBs and he said they are gonna have a lot of guys playing both ways because of the lack of talent/size/game experience this upcoming year. Very strange to me that they are playing this game.

Mandeville almost beat Curtis last year. They have a series going.

I'm willing to make a wager with any of you. But only one person. Maybe put our sigs on the line. Winner chooses what the loser has pictured and written in his sig.

Who wants some action?

Be careful on this one Clean.
Trinity is a very strong team that just runs over everyone they play. They are a big time "second half" team that is very hard to stop.
Some of the Trinity players look like 30 year old dudes.
They play for keeps too.

I know all about them. Tank English has a teammate from Trinity who I'm very big on - named Dmitri Nance (RB for Arizona St.).

It's just a fun bet on the site. Who wants to take it?

I'm glad that Texas and Louisiana are doing more than just North LA vs East Texas. I'd like to see Barbe,Destrehan and other big time programs start to play some Texas teams. I wonder if they are trying to set anything up in the Dome a few years down the road?

I don't know. Curtis is a road warrior team. Not much incentive for a big Texas team to come to New Orleans.

I hope JC represents Louisiana football well, but I don't think they will be able to hang with Trinity. Should be a fun game to watch though.

I don't know what to expect from this year's team overall, but you can bet that they will be competitive in Dallas. Win or lose, they'll be ready to play.

I was there Clean. But they LITERALLY LOST all the playmakers they had this year. QB graduated, RB Josh James graduated, LBS Mauti, Chazinack, Irwin graduated. WR Adema and Cahn graduated, CB/Returner Keowon i believe graduated. Majority of both OL and DL graduated. I just don't see them anywhere close to last year. I just wouldn't be as willing to go to TX stadium with a depleated team. That's all. Just my opinion.
