That is starting at $40k. If someone works their way up and ends up making $120k a year then its well worth it... no?

Has been at historic lows for several years and no sign of it being any different in the next several years.

Good point, but keep in mind a person can also start just about any business that makes sense and do the same or better without the $100,00 anchor.

What's the funny part? Explain. :) Can't wait to hear this.

Ask the average small business owner how much they paid themselves the first year or two. Ask them how much they poured into it in terms of dollars and hours the first several years.

Then ask them what they get out of it.

Do you guy not have Facebook to spam with this nonsense?

The vast majority get a defunct company. Experience is certainly a plus, but that experience doesn't come free like you allude to.

LOL! My buddy is a plumber. His working conditions? Drives his truck from job to job, checks on his guys to make sure they are doing it correctly. Make $100K plus and rarely works a Friday much less a weekend! His boat is not air conditioned though so there’s that!

Find something a town needs. being another me too competitor in a big town is foolish IMO. That's where Corporations & big money is taking over.
Find the niche a town needs, be the first need to fill a growing town. Think of what a newly growing town needs and be that person to help and make a living.
