OB: Help me pick a new MH casting rod!

I'm the fortunate recipient of a new REVO4 Rocket reel courtesy of a very good friend as a Christmas present.
I'd like to pair it with a nice MH rod, either F or XF. I typically river fish from kayaks and have the gamut of M power rods covered, but do occasionally run into scenarios where a MH rod is needed. It'll be a multi-purpose rod for medium size jigs (3/8-5/8oz), large topwater baits, large jerkbaits, and some heavier plastics applications. I've got a H/F rod I love for more substantial cover, bigger plastics/jigs/flipping and for frogs.
All of that being said, I think I've narrowed it down to 3 rods, all of which I've found on good deals:
Option 1)
Kistler Helium 3 - 7'1" MH/X-Fast - $200 (marked down from $300)
Option 2) St. Croix Avid X - 7' - MH/Fast - $130 (marked down from $230)
Option 3) St. Croix Legend X - 7' - MH/Fast - $250 (marked down from $430)
More than anything I'm looking for personal experience with these rods and wondering if the Legend X is worth nearly double to Avid X which I know is a very good rod. Thoughts?

Castaway has skeletons on sale for $89. I love mine. Have the worm, spinner bait, and all purpose.

You don't need a MH rod for those minnows

Hah. Fair enough. Sometimes you a-hole into a bigger largemouth when flipping laydowns so I like to have some backbone when I want it.

Kistler Helium 3 7'1" MH/XFast
Last Christmas I bought myself a Kistler rod bc of the sale. It was a 7'0" Light MH rod. I now own 7. Sold off my other rods and bought 5 Helium's and 2 KLX. I kept my trout rods the same, but the bass rods that I use are now Kistler. They are awesome!
The particular rod you want will be perfect for T-Rigs and 1/4-5/8 jigs.

Of those 3 options, I’d go with the Kistler.

same here, i bought 1 helium at the beginning of this year and now own 8 more and trying to sell off my other rods to get more. that 7'0 light mh is the best thing i have ever fished with.

You're probably going to laugh, but the Cabela's Fish Eagle at $69 is one hell of a rod in MH. They are being discontinued.

I've got a Heavy action rod I love, but you are so space limited in a kayak that I need to be able to use a rod for multiple purposes. My hard rule is 4 rods. Every trip I've taken with more than 4 has resulted in a broken rod. So with that in mind, you end up making compromises. I can fish some of the smaller plastics, jigs and spinnerbaits on a MH but not on a H and I can get away with some flipping and bigger plastics on it as well.
My other 3 rods are M or ML because 1) most river bass are smaller mouthed fish (guads, smallies, spots) so you need to throw smaller baits effectively, and 2) it's just more fun.
But having a MH on board gives me a chance to stick a donkey when I come to the right laydown/grass patch

I just bought a medium lew's jerkbait rod. Going tomorrow to put a hook in the water. I really like it so far though. $150 bucks (only cast it outside in grass not in the water)
The handle is shorter than most so it gives a similar feel to a 6'10 rod. It is 6'7 medium with fast action. super lightweight
LINK
just wanted to give you some other options
I would go with option 2 though if you are locked in.

I missed that part. I have 2 MH G Loomis E6X casting rods and really like them

Kistler for sure. Like others have said, if you buy one, you’ll want more. I won a helium 3 on a fb group and paired it with a curado dc. Ended up buying 2 more of the helium 3’s and 2 more curado dc’s. I would own more if I could afford to lol

I've got an Argon 6'10" MH/F and love it. Just hard to drop the extra $70 when that Avid X is staring me in the face but I probably will.
The CastAway Skeleton for $85 would probably be too good to pass up, but like Alx said it isnt showing up in the cart.
