BullShite, "climate change" did not cause wildfires,poor forest management did. Single home ownership is one of the foundations of our Republic. Someone is advocating for a hot civil war. I need to polish my shotgun shells.

With regards to the fires over there the more logical thing to do would say that no future housing developments will be insurable and it will be considered an area that is not inhabitable

This is no different than advising people don't live in a flood plain or basin which has the potential to be flooded opening a spillway

Live there at your own risk with no right to be insured or any expectation of emergency rescue

Once again, that’s the point. Marxists manufacture crisis and then propose incremental socialism as the solution. They never fix anything, just keep making things worse on purpose to further push everything to collapse. It is an ideological and economic cancer, a completely evil ideology that knows only destruction and pain, yet somehow, those means are justified by the end result which can never be reached
