I'd write back,

"Dear Sir.

I'm sure you would want the very best for your daughter, and in the case of who she personally spends time with, you would want her to be with someone that shows faithfulness and loyalty, character traits that I personally exhibit.

It is with great regret that you feel my loyalty and fidelity to my school can be purchased and bargained with. Is someone who is willing to sell their loyalty the type of person you want to be dating your daughter? I would expect and hope not.

If you care to make a friendly wager on the game, I'm your huckleberry. But I won't be able to accept your generous gift if, in return, you expect me to accept the gift at the expense of my loyalty.

i'd sign it..go thru the motions. then once at the game tell "dad" where he could shove that hat and rip the contract up in his face...telling him "contracts are made to be broken" and to "STTDB"
