So if it is true that Evans has signed and sent in his LOI

I realize the university that he sent his LOI isn’t going to ruin his announcement day and say anything, but the other two schools that lost out owe no such favor.

It's not a secret. He sent it to UGA. Their insiders are saying it and there has been a flood of CBs for him to UGA on 247.

You can already see what is happening let that head case go to GA if we could get Gibbs I would be happy as can be and I would be proud if Clayton signed with the good guys!
